We made it about half way across the island by moped through the mountains before we had had enough. The roads with their blind curves and steep cliff were treacherous. As it turns out, good thing we turned back. We had to fill up the moped before we made it back to the main town. I am pretty certain that we would not have made it all the way to the other side of the island before running out of fuel.
